This Privacy Policy explains how Hidden Facets Inc. ("Hidden Facets," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, stores, and protects information in connection with the software and integrations we operate, including internal applications that connect to third-party services such as Intuit QuickBooks Online. By using our software or authorizing one of our integrations to connect to your account, you agree to the practices described here.

Information we access and collect

Depending on which integration you authorize, we may access and store the following:

• Accounting and financial data from connected services such as Intuit QuickBooks Online, including but not limited to company details, chart of accounts, customers, vendors, invoices, bills, payments, transactions, and reports.
• Authentication tokens issued by the third-party service (for example, OAuth access and refresh tokens) that allow our software to connect to your account on your behalf.
• Basic contact information you provide to us directly, such as your name and email address.

We only request the access scopes needed to perform the functions you have authorized, and we connect using read-only permissions wherever the integration allows it.

How we use the information

We use the information solely to:

• Import data into our own systems for internal analysis, reporting, and record-keeping.
• Operate, maintain, and improve the software and integrations.
• Respond to your requests and provide support.
• Meet legal, security, and compliance obligations.

We do not use the data for advertising, and we do not sell, rent, or trade it.

How we store and protect it

Data accessed through our integrations is stored on infrastructure we control. We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including encrypted transport (HTTPS/TLS), restricted access to authorized personnel, and secure storage of authentication tokens. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

• To protect the rights, property, or safety of Hidden Facets, our users, or others.

Data retention and deletion

We retain data only as long as needed for the purposes described above or as required by law. You may request that we delete the data associated with your connection at any time by contacting us. You can also revoke our access at any time from within the connected service (for example, by disconnecting the app in your QuickBooks account settings), which stops any further data access.

Third-party services

Our integrations connect to third-party platforms that have their own privacy policies governing how they handle your data. Intuit's handling of QuickBooks data is governed by Intuit's own privacy statement. This policy covers only Hidden Facets' handling of data once it is accessed through an authorized connection.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of our software after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
